The Nookwell Promise: 30-day returns

We want every kit to arrive ready for a good few evenings of building. If something isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, wrong or missing parts

If your kit arrives damaged, is missing a piece, or isn't the scene you ordered, send us your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement kit or part, or refund you in full. It costs you nothing and you don't need to ship anything back.

Changed your mind?

Unopened kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the kit price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Kits that have been opened or started can't be returned for a change of mind, but if anything about your kit is wrong, the section above always applies.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We always reply within 24 hours and will send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free before it ships. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, so contact us as soon as you can.
